Joy Club
Leader: Aleta Budd, Pretrea Cressey, Hazen Boyd

Joy Club is for children in grades K through 6.  They meet every Wednesday after school from 3:15 to 4: 45,  when school is in session.  Joy club does not meet during school vacations, on days when school is canceled or during the summer months.

The children enjoy music, games Bible stories, memory verses, snacks and occasional crafts.  At the last meeting of each month, a special party is held to celebrate the birthdays for that month.  Joy Club is sponsored by our church so there is no cost for club members.  Ladies of the church provide the snacks each week.

Children attending from Pine Grove School should be dismissed with walkers and meet Joy Club leaders at  the flag Pole.  During spring and fall months, Aleta Budd and Patrea Cressey will walk with the children from Pine Grove School to the Church.  When weather is stormy or cold, the children will be transported by car to the church, with written permission from a parent or legal guardian.  Each child needs to bring a note to their teacher to let them know that the child will be walking to Joy Club with the club leaders.

If the child has a change of plans on a Wednesday, please call the church and let Mrs. Cressey know.  Attendance is taken before we leave the school yard and parents or guardians are called for any children who are not accounted for.  Mrs. Budd will check attendance at school on Wednesdays so if the child is out sick, no one needs to call.

Teen leaders are:  Sarah Hawkins, Joshua Cressey, Harrison Hawkins and Bailey Tucker.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call the church office (978-948-2583) or email Aleta Budd at the email address above.
